Packing List
Dress for the IACAC Annual Conference is business casual and session rooms tend to run cold, so dress accordingly.
Registration Check-in
Check-in will take place in the Embassy Suites Conference Center starting at 8:00 am on Wednesday through 3:00 pm.
Check-in will also be available from 8:00 am – 11:00 am on Thursday.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING/VOTING
This year’s meeting was held virtually on Tuesday, April 15th at 10:00 am. All eligible voting members should have received an electronic ballot. Voting is open until Thursday, April 24th at 10:00 am.

Wednesday, 7:30 – 10:00 p.m. – Blackband Distillery
Once known as The Whiskey Capital of the World, Peoria has a rich history in distilling. Experience the tradition for yourself with a tasting at Blackband Distillery across the river in historic downtown Peoria. There’s room for 50 guests to learn more about whiskey production and sample an array of Blackband’s award winning spirits and cocktails for just $10.
Wednesday, 9:00 – 11:00 p.m. – Music Bingo
Join us for a fun twist on music bingo! Test your music knowledge and strategize your moves by matching songs and artists to the categories on your card for fun prizes.
Thursday, 8:30 – 9:30 p.m. – Hypnotist Jon Wayes
Need to warm up and recharge before you hit the dance floor? Volunteer to take the stage or watch your colleagues (or boss!) become the stars of the show with Comedy Hypnotist Jon Wayes.
Thursday, 8:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. – Eros Glow Premier DJs
Get ready to let loose with Eros Glow Premier DJs. After a day of engaging sessions and insightful networking, it’s time to hit the dance floor. It’s the perfect way to close out a dynamic conference – grab your dancing shoes and join us for a night of pure fun!

Silent Auction & Raffle
Buy 50/50 Split the Pot Tickets
Cash is OBSOLETE during this year’s Conference! In a very Venmo world, we know not many (if any) people carry cash anymore. We’ve found an online system that will allow us to collect 50/50 donations completely cashless UNLESS YOU WIN!
Choose one, two, or all of the 50/50 options for a chance to win. There will be three split the pot pulls:
- Wednesday at the end of the Town Hall
- Thursday at the end of lunch
- Thursday at the end of dinner
Must be present to win. Person winning must be the person present (no proxies on these)!
Raffle basket tickets can be purchased on the same site. (Do not need to be present to win.)
ISBE PD Hours
Conference participants may receive ISBE PD hours. An online form will be made available for attendees to submit for each session they attend. More information will be provided at Conference check-in.
Conference Refund Policy
Refund requests will be honored if they are received in writing by Erin Hoover, Executive Director, no later than April 7, 2025. A cancellation fee of $10 will apply to all refund requests.
