IACAC offers a variety of grants for professional development opportunities to its members. Those who apply by the December 15 priority deadline will be notified by January 10. Following the priority deadline, grants will only be awarded if funds are still available. The final application deadline is March 15, except where noted.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for any IACAC grant, you must be an IACAC Member in good standing and fulfill the expectations of the requirements as stated in each grant’s description. Priority will be given to individuals/institutions who have not received a grant in the past two years.

Transfer Summit
February 1, 2019

Deadline

  • Priority deadline: December 15
  • Final deadline: February 1

  • Grants awarded covering registration fee of the Transfer Summit
  • Recipients are required to submit an article about one of the sessions they attend for possible publication in the IACAC Admission Essay Newsletter

District Seminars

IACAC Annual Conference

Bus O’Fun Tour

Grant Details

  • Applicants must submit an application for the trip along with the deposit prior to applying for a grant
  • 2 grants worth $200 each will be awarded to counselors who assist under-represented students
  • Preference will be given to counselors that have not received a grant in the past and must presently be IACAC members
  • Recipients are required to submit an article about the trip for possible publication in the IACAC Admissions Essay Newsletter

NACAC Guiding the Way to Inclusion
July 28-31, 2019

NACAC Admission Middle Management Institute

Invitation to Propose Other Grants

IACAC has a strong commitment to meet the professional development needs of our membership. The Professional Development Grants Committee invites you to propose other grants for conferences or programs that you believe will strengthen your skills, abilities, and knowledge. Past requests have been made for the following: AACRAO Tech and Transfer Conference and AACRAO Summer Institute for International Admissions.
