Exciting things are happening in the land of District Seminars! Planning is underway for 9 seminars, including 2 returning programs in the East Central and North Central Districts. Programming in many districts will include topics that will lead-in to the annual conference, which will be held May 1-3, 2019 in Normal.
IACAC District Seminars provide local, high-quality professional development and networking opportunities for high school counselors, community college advisors, and 4-year college/university admissions officers. With events spread across the entire state tailored to each district’s needs, district seminars are an invaluable resource to anyone in our profession. At a rate of only $25 for members and $30 for non-members, you can’t pass up this opportunity to earn some professional development hours while having a great time!
Information for each seminar will be available at https://www.iacac.org/district-seminars/ soon. Registration will be live this winter, so stay tuned! Please mark your calendars and plan to attend one of the following District Seminar events and enjoy learning with those who share your passion for students, fantastic food, and a professional development experience to help make you even better at what you do!
