Summer Institute
Summer Institute is dedicated to engaging with and providing direction to new college counselors from both sides of the desk. Join us this summer for 3 days of sessions, conversations, experiences, and networking opportunities designed to serve IACAC’s newest members.
Middle Management Institute
The second annual MMI will be held June 7-8 at DePaul University.
Participants will be exposed to enrollment management strategies as well as have the opportunity to meet a variety of Deans, Directors, and Vice Presidents. Sessions will include a leadership style assessment, conflict management/resolution tips, and strategies on “managing up,” just to name a few.

IACAC has a formal mentorship program for both new members and those looking to take the next step in their careers.
