Please select ONE person from your organization to register for the Fall 2026 travel season. Spring 2027 is on a separate registration. The Fall IRCF registration deadline is August 31, 2026 at 5 pm CT. Late registrations/add-ons will be evaluated on an individual basis and may incur a surcharge.

Please list the name of the person completing this form or the main contact for the fairs. You will also be given the opportunity later to include the name of the actual representative attending each fair, if you'd like. 

If you are a COMMUNITY COLLEGE, please email ehoover@iacac.org for discounted pricing BEFORE registering.

 

If your institution isn't listed, you must email Erin Hoover at ehoover@iacac.org to be added to the list.

 

If you are a college within a larger university, you must obtain written permission from the University's Admission Office to register separately for our fairs. That permission must be sent from an Admission Office representative and should be sent to ehoover@iacac.org. If space allows, you will be permitted to register. Some IRCF events do not allow multiple entries from the same university.

Instructions

IACAC encourages institutions to have one person submit this registration form, regardless of whether that will be the person attending an individual fair. As long as one individual from your institution is a member, you can qualify for the member rate. 

If you register at the member rate but are not in fact an active member, you will be billed the price difference.

Before completing this registration form, make sure no one else from your organization has already registered. The form will not submit if your organization has already submitted it. To edit an existing registration, contact Erin Hoover at ehoover@iacac.org - surcharges will apply. 

The registration process includes the StriveScan Student Scanning fee automatically (no need to purchase credits separately for the IRCFs). Although StriveScan normally charges IACAC $26/fair, when bundled with registration, the fee is only $24/fair.

Restrictions

Although IACAC welcomes for-profit insitutions as members, many college fair coordinators do not permit for-profits to register for their programs. The following fairs do not allow for-profit institutions:

If you are a for-profit/proprietary institution and a fair that you are interested in does not allow your institution type to register, you are welcome to contact fair coordinators directly to see if they will make an exception. Fair coordinator's information can be found on the IACAC College Fair Calendar. If they accept your registration, you can contact Erin Hoover at ehoover@iacac.org to register manually.

Registrations will ONLY be accepted from accredited, degree-granting, postsecondary institutions; vendors, military recruiters and ROTC officers cannot be accommodated. Certain exceptions will be made as approved through the host site.

Alumni representatives are not permitted to attend the following programs:

• Parkland College

Cancellation Policy

Should IACAC or the host site need to cancel their fair, a full refund will be provided. Should an individual need to cancel their registration, a swap for another fair may be made but no refunds will be given.
