Session Proposals

Conference Session Proposals - the 2027 Conference will be held at the Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca, IL. Educational sessions submitted through this proposal form will be considered for April 19th or 20th, 2027.

The morning of April 21st will include specialty add-on programming curated by the Conference Program and Sponsorship Committees. If you are interested in sponsoring programming on the 21st, please reach out to conference@iacac.org.

Notice to potential Exhibitors/Sponsors: If you would like to present at this year's Conference on April 19th or 20th, you MUST become a Platinum Sponsor.

Logistics

Due to rising costs, we are NOT able to provide Internet for our session rooms. If your presentation requires Internet, you will be responsible for providing your own access/hotspot. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of your presenters are aware of this in advance.
