The IACAC Middle Management Institute (MMI) is based on NACAC’s AMMI. Sessions have focused on personal and professional development, managing from the middle, advocating for yourself, making data informed vs data driven decisions, the future of enrollment management, and leading vs managing. Faculty has included Vice Presidents, Deans and Directors of Admission, as well as a variety of Chief Enrollment managers from a wide-array of institutions of higher learning as well as several NACAC affiliates. A multitude of varying perspectives is always a priority when putting together each year’s program.
