- Timing- Does holding this event at the end of April still work best for our members?
- Location- How does our location/rotation of locations meet the needs of our membership as a whole?
- Length - Should our conference continue to be a 2 1/2 day event, Wednesday-Friday?
- Cost - What are the ways we could make the conference more economical without sacrificing quality, and what other sponsorship ideas could we pursue?
- Schedule - Based on the ideal conference length and timing, can you propose a schedule that maximizes an attendee's experience and PD hours?
- Needs - Do the committees still meet our conference needs, and is the workload appropriately distributed?
- Goals - What is the goal of our conference - what is important?
- Transfer - How do we incorporate transfer session, goals, and policies into our conference differently from the transfer summit?
Work to be completed no later than the June 2027 board transition meeting, with a progress report at the January 2027 virtual board meeting.
