StriveScan Name Badge Scanner & Report
The Illinois Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC) has partnered with StriveScan to allow you to more easily connect with our conference attendees.

Using the StriveScan app, you’ll be able to scan the name badges of all conference attendees in order to collect their information, take notes about your conversations, and instantly obtain their data in a spreadsheet for easy follow-up after the conference.

We realize that many of our attendees have specific dietary restrictions. Due to supply chain issues as well as planning for 500+ individuals during meals, we cannot accommodate every request we receive. For the 2026 conference, we will only be accommodating medically necessary dietary restrictions, not all lifestyle choices. We will review all concerns and let you know if they can be accommodated. It may be possible that we cannot accommodate them. You are welcome to bring your own food but we won't be able to refund the cost of your meals as it's included in the registration.

If additional representatives from your organization wish to join us for meals or Conference activities you must register them.
