Details

Ad Rotation: A maximum of 5 different advertisers will be displayed in a single location during a month. This means your ad will rotate among, at most, 4 others. Pricing is the same, regardless of the number of other ads in the month’s rotation.

Deadline: Ad creative must be submitted in its final form at least 30 days prior to the scheduled insertion. Delayed submission may delay insertion, and no credit will be provided.

Insertion Schedule: Website ads will be displayed during the calendar month. Email ads will be inserted in the order the ad orders were received, and into appropriate emails at the discretion of the association. Advertiser will not have pre-clearance of the particular email.

Artwork: Artwork must be provided in its final form conforming to the specs. Files must be in JPG or PNG format and be less than 100 kb in file size.

Artwork Assistance: IACAC’s advertising partner may be able to assist in creating advertising artwork. Email for details

Links: Your ad can link to a website.

Eligible Advertisers, Ads Subject to Approval: Per the association’s Fiscal Policy, all advertisers must be educationally related and in accordance with the mission of the association. IACAC reserves the right to reject any company that is not appropriate to the professional mission of the association. All ads are subject to approval by IACAC’s president and treasurer, per the association’s Fiscal Policy.

No Endorsement: Approval to advertise is not an endorsement by IACAC of the company, or the company’s product or service.

Refunds: Fees are non-refundable.
