If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Micro Bus Tour could be just what you need! Our committee is busy planning the details for our next trip. We will begin at Lewis University, and then head to Valparaiso University, University of Notre Dame, Butler University, and Purdue University. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to network, grow professionally, and have a little fun – all at a reasonable price!
Overnight Stay, Socializing, Professional Development
Residence Hall accommodations will be at Notre Dame and Butler University. For our first evening at Notre Dame, we will have social time with games and snacks. “An Evening Out in Downtown Indianapolis” will highlight our second night.
A separate professional development activity will once again take place on one of the longer segments of the bus route.
Dates
Tuesday, June 19th – Thursday, June 21st, 2012
Registration/materials pick up occurs Tuesday morning between 8:30 – 9:00 am at Lewis University in Romeoville. The trip concludes at approximately 5:00 pm on Thursday, back at Lewis. We will help organize car pool possibilities closer to the tour date.
Cost
$150 for IACAC members; $200 for non-members
Joining IACAC now will qualify you for lower rate!

**You may need additional money for 1-2 meals, snacks on your own, bookstore visits, tip for the bus driver, and our evening out in Indianapolis.
CPDUs
Participants will once again be able to earn 12 CPDU’s towards their professional development through the ISBE.
Priority Deadline
Submit the $100 deposit by Monday, January 30, 2012. Balance of the fee must be paid in full by Friday, April 20, 2012. Openings will be filled as deposits are received; no seats will be held without deposits. Should the trip fill up, a wait list will begin in the order applications are received.
