Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2012 IACAC Annual Conference. We value your participation and have made improvements to provide you maximum exposure, recognition, and value for your dollar.

Exhibiting at Conference will take place on:

Thursday, May 3, 2012
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Dedicated exhibitor time: 7:30 – 8:30 AM

Exhibiting offers exposure to over 800 counseling professionals.

	This year’s exhibitor fee is all-inclusive. For $500, you receive all of the following benefits:
	One Conference registration for Thursday, including breakfast and lunch ($95 value)
	One six-foot table with two chairs, and a full day of exposure to attendees
	Wireless internet access ($75 value)
	Electrical outlet
	A set of mailing labels for all conference attendees ($75 value)
	Opportunity to be considered to present among regular conference sessions. (This replaces dedicated vendor sessions.) Your session proposal will be considered among all others submitted. ($75 value) Proposal period has ended.
	Inclusion in a pre-conference email sent to all IACAC members with your company’s name, description, and link to your website.
	Opportunities for sponsorship of conference events, which provide additional exposure in the conference program, website, and at the sponsored event.
	Opportunities for advertising in the conference program.

Register

Included in your Exhibitor fee is a Thursday Conference registration for one person, which includes breakfast and lunch. If you would like to attend the entire conference, you may upgrade your registration for $100.

Registrations after March 23, 2012 will incur a $50 late fee and will not be printed in the program booklet, but your name will be included in a separate handout.

Who is eligible to exhibit?
Unfortunately, pursuant to IACAC’s fiscal policy, schools, colleges or universities are prohibited from exhibiting. Exhibitors shall be educationally related and in accordance with the mission of IACAC. The approval to exhibit is not an endorsement by IACAC of the exhibitor, or the exhibitor’s product or service. IACAC reserves the right to reject any exhibitor that is not appropriate to the professional mission of the Association.

Additional Representatives

If additional representatives wish to participate in Conference activities and meals, you must register them separately. Full Conference registration costs $195 for all meals and activities. Wednesday or Thursday single day registrations are available for $95.

Vendor Sessions

The proposal period has closed.

This year, vendor sessions will be intermixed among all sessions throughout the conference. IACAC determined that replacing dedicated vendor session slots with this format was beneficial to both vendors and attendees. As a vendor, you have the opportunity to submit a proposal for a session that will be considered among all other proposals. Proposal deadline is December 1.
