IACAC
is pleased to offer the opportunity for exhibitors to hold
information sessions about their programs,
products and services. Exhibitor sessions will be thirty
minutes
in length on Thursday, May 4, 2006, and
will occur during a time dedicated to exhibitor sessions.
The
following guidelines will assist you in submitting your
proposal. For further questions, please

Guidelines
for Exhibitor Sessions
- Vendors
must be registered exhibitors in order to present a session.
- Vendor
sessions will be limited by space availability.
- Session
proposals will be evaluated by the Conference Program
Planning Committee.
- Vendors
whose sessions are selected will be required to pay an
additional $50.00 facility usage fee.
- Selected
vendors who present must be registered and paid in full
by March 1, 2006.
- The
deadline for submitting a session proposal is January
14, 2006.
