Committee Job Description
Research and implement methods that streamline
the use of technology with the mission and strategic
goals of IACAC. This responsibility includes finding
ways to generate revenue and increase cost efficiency,
continuing to update and improve the website, and collaborating
with other IACAC committees to assist them in accomplishing
their respective goals and missions.
Committee Mission Statement
The Technology Committee seeks to serve
the mission and strategic goals of IACAC through the
use of technology. Our mission includes, but is not restricted
to, increasing the visibility of IACAC, improving access
to relevant and useful information and services for members,
high school counselors, admissions professionals, and
students who are exploring post-secondary options, collaborating
with other IACAC committees to assist them in attaining
their goals, and generating revenue for the organization
through the use of technology and the World Wide Web.
