How to Implement Updates to the Statement of Principles of Good Practice (SPGP)

NACAC’s Annual Conference included the approval of several changes to the Statement of Principles of Good Practice (SPGP). These changes include language related to commission-based agents, housing and the infamous application “creep.” Todd Rinehart, chair of the national Admission Practices Committee, wrote an article outlining these changes in the most recent edition of NACAC’s Bulletin.

“While many of you have seen the new language in previous postings, I want to focus on a few of the principles to provide further context and offer ways to implement these important expectations into our daily practices.”
